Kid: Alright man, hit me up next time you need some.
Police: Excuse me sir, can you empty your pockets?
Kid: No, Why do I have to do that?
Police: Because I saw you hand drugs to your friend and then you collected money. To me it looks like you were dealing drugs. Now, please empty your pockets.
Kid: You need a search warrant.
Police: No I don’t. If you don’t empty your pockets, I will arrest you for not obeying the law. What's your name son?
Kid: You can’t do that! What gives?
Police: You are under…
Kid: Wait! Wait! Wait! If I tell you, will you let me go?
Police: We will work something out.
Kid: Ok, I sold the drugs to another kid.
Police: You are under arrest…
Kid: You can’t do that! You told me you wouldn’t arrest me. I told you what happen.
Police: (Reads the rest of the Miranda rights) Yes, now tell me again what happen.
Kid: I want a lawyer!
Police: You will get one.
Kid: (Makes a run for it.) YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW MY NAME! SUCKER!!
(Several Years Later.. The kid is behind bars.)
Kid: If I knew that not telling the police who I was I would have put me in jail, I would have told them who I was. I should have just did what the officer told me to do and that would have made things do much easier. But now I’m stuck in here behind these bars, for not stating my name.
COMMENT: You are making the policeman seem extremely stupid. Policemen will not lie about what you had the policeman lie about. No policeman would say, "I won't arrest you for telling me that you have drugs." and then arrest the person when they tell the truth. You kind of made the policeman out to be this stupid teenager lying to their parents.
